Billing
Installed from the Shopify App Store, you are billed through Shopify. Signed up directly, you are billed by card through Stripe.
Installed from the App Store, you approve the charge on Shopify's own screen, it appears on your Shopify invoice, and you cancel it from Shopify. Signed up directly, it is a card on file with Stripe and you cancel it from your workspace. Either way the 14-day trial comes first.
